LG is Expanding B2B Business and Extending Lineups & Services

During HARFKO 2017, JARN interviewed James Lee, Senior Vice President, Air Solution Sales and Marketing Group of LG, to gain an insight into LG’s business strategy regarding sales, products, new refrigerants, new technologies, and services.

JARN (J): First of all, I’d like to ask you about your sales goals for 2017?
James Lee (L): Over the coming year, LG Electronics plans to concentrate on the commercial air conditioner business and expand our presence in the business-to-business (B2B) market where significant growth is expected. We intend to power our efforts in both the domes-tic and overseas markets by providing enhanced customer value based on LG’s highly efficient inverter compressor technology. This year, our highly profitable commercial products are projected to account for a large portion of the growth in our air conditioner business for the first time. We plan to provide a wide range of products and solutions while extending the adoption of our industrial solutions beyond mere commercial use. At the same time, LG aims to achieve not only enhanced product competitiveness and quality, but also strengthen our overseas organization.
