On October 5, the 2023 Japan Good Design Award announced the annual selection results, Haier Refrigerator and AQUA Refrigerator under Haier Smart Home won both awards in the household appliance category, and were recognized by the world in product design and technological innovation, making it the only award-winning Chinese refrigerator brand in the Japanese market. Last year, AQUA Japan Laundromat and freezers also won the award.
