Zhejiang Province Introduces Clean Energy Action Plan

On August 29, the Zhejiang government formulated and issued the Zhejiang Province Clean Energy Demonstration Action Plan (2018-2020), which aims to reduce coal consumption. The plan strengthens coal management, encourages the use of clean coal and high calorific value coal, reduces low-efficiency thermal power and thermal power units, and accelerates the shift away from coal-fired boilers.
