Chemours Petitions Supreme Court Concerning SNAP 20 Rule to Regulate HFCs

The Chemours Company, a global chemistry company with leading market positions in titanium technologies, fluoroproducts, and chemical solutions, announced it has petitioned the United States Supreme Court requesting a review of the recent D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals decision concerning the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) program.
