Germany is Europe’s largest economy and fifth largest worldwide. GDP will increase by 2% in 2013. Construction projects are now on an upward trend following the decline in 2008 and prospects for the ACR industry look good. Penetration of air conditioning is forecast to rise to around 62% in the commercial sector by 2015.
