Ingersoll Rand Announces Douglas Ranck as Vice President and Controller for Allegion

Ingersoll-Rand plc (NYSE:IR) is pleased to announce that Douglas (Doug) Ranck will serve as vice president and controller for Allegion plc, the new $2 billion standalone global security company to be created upon the spin-off of the commercial and residential security businesses from Ingersoll Rand later this year.
