In 2011, the first year of China’s 12th Five-year Plan, the HVAC&R industry entered a period of adjustment after rapid economic growth in the 10th and 11th Five-year Plans. Industry growth was stronger in the first half of the year, and gradually slowed from the second half in the wake of the U.S. financial crisis and European debt crisis.
