Carrier book tells story of air-conditioning's inventor

The heating, air-conditioning and refrigeration company, at a special reception at the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C., unveiled a newly commissioned book chronicling its history. The publication comes just in time for the July 17 110th anniversary of the invention of modern air conditioning by Dr. Willis H. Carrier, inventor and founder of the company that bears his name.
